I get the point here, but I think this paints quite the incomplete picture if you don’t really dig into how that leave is stipulated for mothers and fathers.
For example, if I recall correctly, Canada has 18 months that both parents can divide along themselves in any way they want, including 9 months each.
Meanwhile, Brazil offers 6 months for the mother and staggering two weeks for the father.
